Often times, when parent's pay for everything in their child's life, it teaches them to not go hard enough because they always have something to "fall back on". In the same breath, it also allows your parents to have a level of mental control on you because they secretly own your life. What’s the #1 lie of our society & what would your life look like if you completely rejected it? So many people out there right now are talking about how everybody needs to “love themselves” & keep telling themselves that…“You’re beautiful & worthy & good enough." But here's the problem: for those statements to be true, there has to be a change in mindset & a commitment to act & live in a certain way. Bottom line: you aren't entitled to feel good about yourself. You have to earn it.

What's the one word that gets mentioned again and again in our popular culture? What's the one word that people use again and again, to the detriment of their own lives? According to The MFCEO, that word is "fair." The entitlement mentality that says "I deserve better " is destructive. Ungrateful people who compare their situation to others and complain are destined to accomplish nothing. No matter who you are and what your background is, you can choose to make the best of the life you have been given.
