One of the things I see over and over again when people are on the spiritual path/healing journey is this. They focus on the mindset work, changing the way they think, listening to podcasts alllll about being more positive, and reading books but that's the surface! It won't create sustainable, long-term changes. That leads to frustration and investing more in Mindset work THAN the deeper level.

So today I share what will, what will support you deeply and, how Mindset work is POWERFUL but not the only work.
