    5 Ways To Practice Stillness.

When you hear the word “stillness,” you probably think of the act of physically sitting still without any sounds, movements, or feelings. This is true, in a sense, but stillness also refers to a sense of inner peace and serenity (or, calmness).

Because stillness involves the body, mind, and spirit, there are plenty of ways that you can practice stillness and improve your overall mental state. Let’s go over some of the easiest ways that you can practice stillness in your life right now!

Overhyped or Worth The Hype Travel Edition

Overhyped or Worth The Hype Travel Edition

On this episode we are getting into overhyped or worth the hype travel edition! How much money do you really need to save to travel? Is Maldives really worth it? Do you need a first class flight experience in your life? Is Greece the best European vacation? Are dating apps really all they are talked up to be?

As someone who shares experiences and tips, if I'm being honest, traveling can be overrated in general, but with social media and things like #traveltiktok, it's actually all becoming a blur as to what places, experiences, and things are worth it and which ones deserve a side eye!

Let's be real, alot of us are out here adding things to our bucket list because of viral videos and pictures we've seen and once we get there or use the product or service we really aren't impressed. No shade, I've been there too! So let's cut the BS and talk about it!

    Why I'm Leaving Indonesia

    Why I'm Leaving Indonesia

After 7 months I'm finally leaving Indonesia! Wow, what a hell of a time that I've had in this country! From amazing landscapes, meeting amazing, crazy, and weird people, falling in love, indulging in local culture, nightlife, volunteering, exploring so many new hobbies like free diving and surfing, to most importantly being able to sulk in the atmosphere of such a multidimensional place that allows one to just exist! I checked so many things off of my bucket list and did some things that I am proud of myself for! I've also ended up in a lot of crazy ass situations as well. Until we meet again Indonesia ... or not!
