Made this episode to help you reflect on 2022 and set goals for 2023. This is the quick and easy process I used for my yearly reflection and annual goal setting. Hopefully you can use it too - this episode  breaks it down into a follow along template with me as an example. 

I say hi quickly, then about 5 minutes in I start to talk about:

- Going over what happened in your life last/this year, then highs and lows.
- Reflecting on moments from the past year
- Checking in with your life goals, and 5 year goals

I listened to Sarah's episode on overcoming her fear of judgment, and had to open up a further discussion with her myself.

It's open, honest, raw, deep, and aims to make you think about the fear of judgement as well as how you might overcome it with some simple tips. Simple - not easy.

For people striving to be better, I think this is such an important topic to think about and reflect on, and is something I need to work on myself.

It all started with a phone call. And some jokes over whether or not we'd be together to do an episode on our travels when we got back... lol.

I'm grateful to say our travels went AMAZING. We had the bestest time travelling and exploring UK and Europe over the European summer of 2022. From UK, to France, to Monaco, Italy, Croatia, and Australia too - we had so many life changing experiences, met so many amazing people, and ate so many amazing things.

It was mostly sunshine and rainbows, and we laughed our way through the issues - but in this episode we give a full recap on everything that went down... so you can get excited about doing somethings, and make sure you AVOID other things at all costs (eek).

In Part 1, we introduced news we'd travel around UK and Europe for 6-8 weeks.

In Part 2 (listen here), we'd been there for a week and locked in our plan.

Here in Part 3, we share all of our experiences and learnings for you from our 2 months away.

One week in, we've got some updates...

Well, we've been in London for a week. We've locked in our complete itinerary: through France, Monaco, Italy, UK, Croatia, and Sydney. We've done the long haul flight, been sick, and realised maybe we didn't save enough...

She had mental health stuff going on. Running helped.

Others had mental health stuff going on. She helped them through running. Full circle, right?

She's also a little hype ball of positivity and energy. Especially after the first 10 minutes once she gets comfortable! 😂

Join the chat with Georgie and I to talk RUNNING. She recently fell down the rabbit hole of running and found herself apart of a community with new friends full of support, motivation, and encouragement.

Since then, she's repped out a couple half marathons, completed a Mental Health May run challenge that sparked many more people opening up about their mental health, is prepping for a marathon, and started the MEGARUN Auckland community.

We chat her journey to start running, her Outward Bound and Spirit of Adventure experiences, running half marathons, starting the MEGARUN community in Auckland and how it came about, her recent Mental Health May running challenge, digging out the pain cave and chasing new results, and being the one-girl hypeman and ball of positivity she is.

Her first ever podcast but she smashed it and we're so proud! Woo!

Co-founders Esther and Lydia started Femmi: a group of experienced female trainers and running coaches who want to lead, inspire and educate other female athletes on how to approach training in a holistic and healthy way. They focus on the physiology of the female body and how best to work with hormonal cycles to fulfil potential in performance. 

They have over 100 athletes and 60 more waiting, a team with a doctor, nutritionist, and 10 trainers.

We discuss the creation of Femmi, views on 'health & fitness', how COVID affected the girls as athletes and with Femmi, how to charge for your services, the Femmi Scholarship Programme, and how they created a highly engaged community around the brand.
