    Being closed 38 weeks out of 55 means it is now time to rebuild.

    Back to client results - why looking at percentages is superior to the scale number.  

    Tracking % of bodyweight lost each week can be a better indicator of progress than lbs on the scale.

    A life-long athlete, one of the creative brains/geniuses behind what I consider to be the best fitness app and fitness program/classes in the world, with Les Mills workouts you get to look like an athlete without having to train like one.

    When BODYPUMP™ first landed in Australia, Perth-based instructor Kylie Gates was quick to jump onboard. Having been an athlete prior to getting into aerobics instruction she was one of the few women already sold on the benefits of strength training, and she loved the idea of empowering other women to lift weights.

    Now, decades later, as Les Mills Creative Director, Kylie works closely with Les Mills’ Program Directors to shape and develop the music and moves that feature in the new releases, which are created every three months.
