In passato parlare di acqua in fossa era un po’ come infrangere un tabù: tutti lo sapevano, ma nessuno ne parlava.
Forse perché non si sapeva bene come affrontare il problema in maniera conforme alle norme o magari perché non vi era uniformità di giudizio sull’argomento da parte degli organismi notificati deputati al controllo degli impianti.

Negli anni più recenti però, anche per il fatto che i cambiamenti climatici hanno portato in alcune zone all’innalzamento delle falde acquifere, il problema si evidenzia anche in luoghi dove prima non era presente o comunque appariva in maniera sporadica e poco significativa.

Oggi per fortuna si possono attuare alcune soluzioni per arginare questo fenomeno.
La prima scelta (e la più aderente al dettato normativo) è sempre costituita da una buona impermeabilizzazione della fossa fatta da una ditta specializzata.

In alternativa ( e suggerisco dopo avere sentito il parere dell’organismo notificato che ha in verifica l’impianto) si possono installare delle pompe di evacuazione delle acque.

Sorry you've not heard from me for a while, in fact my last mix was published in August 2018. As most know I lost my partner to cancer in 2019 so caring for him became my main priority.

I've started to get myself back on track since he passed, and with this horrid corona virus situation I thought it was time to bring some uplifting Piano House back into all our lives.

The buculum is a bone present in the head of the penis of most mammals. Whilst a few mammals, like us, don't possess a baculum, some have greatly reduced versions and many have very elaborate shapes. Despite this variety in expression of the baculum, its function remains elusive, though many theories exist.

Investigating the function of this bone is Dr Charlotte Brassey, Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, and she joins us for this episode to give us a crash course on penile anatomy and to reveal to us how little we know about genitals.
