Your hosts Bryan, Matt, Joel and Ryan have a lot of work to do this week!  They have to wrap up and rank everything about the Friday the 13th franchise!  They rank the movies, the Jasons, the kills and so much more!  This whole series has been so much fun and the wrap-up is a very fond farewell to the franchise.  Be sure to tune in next week when we start talking Robocop in Automatic Pig!

Bryan Dressel, Matt "Zombie Dog Fence Post" Dykes, Joel "Tree Trimming Saw" Dewitte, and Ryan "Uber Machete" Lootens take on the most recent Friday the 13th film, the remake from 2009.  While this movie may have some "stupendous" moments here and there, it largely leaves the binge buddies rather disappointed.  But they have a blast taking it apart! 

Bryan Dressel, Matt "Zombie-Dog Sleeping Bag" Dykes, Joel "Sleeping Bags" Dewitte, and Ryan "Corkscrew" Lootens bring you the Christmas episode to end all Christmas episodes!  One where we mostly forgot to talk about Christmas at all!  But we do talk a lot about all the death and mayhem caused by two of the greatest slashers of all time going head to head!  This movie is far from flawless, but joy can be found in all the flaws, making this one hell of a good time!  Enjoy your break from the holiday and our last episode of 2023!  Taking a little break for the holidays and we will be back in January!

Yup!  Breaking fingers for payment? Yup! And everyone's favorite, excessive violence!  Jason Goes to Hell is no one's favorite Jaons movie (for the most part) but the Binge Buddies have a blast breaking it down!

Your hosts Bryan Dressel, Matt "Zombie Dog-Andre Chicatilo" Dykes, Joel "Arthur Shawcross" Dewitte, and  Ryan "David Berkowitz" Lootens do their absolute best to find the good stuff in this slog of an underfunded sequel.  Yes this movie was amazing on paper, but due to budget and time it got stripped down into a frustratingly bland slasher.  Not to worry, it does still have a few moments to shine and the Buddies have a great time breaking it all down!

Hosts Bryan Dressel, Matt "Zombie Dog - Jeffery Dahmer" Dykes, Joel "Aline Wurnoros" Dewitte, and Ryan "Harold Shipman" Lootens cover one of if not the best Friday the 13th movies, The New Blood.  Characters have development, the gore was next level (before the MPAA Ruined it) and it has the best-designed Jason by far.  This movie is an absolute blast and the buddies loved talking about it!

Your hosts Bryan Dressel, Matt "Zombie Dog Dennis Rader" Dykes, Joel "Albert Fish" Dewitte, and Ryan "Carl Panzram" Lootens take a dive into one of the goofiest and all-around best Friday the 13th films.  Its as much fun to talk about as it is to watch and the buddies have a blast!

Join Bryan Dressel, Matt "Zombie Dog - unknown" Dykes, Ryan "Unknown" Lootens, and Joel "Pedro Lopez" Dewitte as they dive into the questionable decisions of Friday the 13th part 5!  Jason's out and a new lumbering murderer is picking up the slack!   The Binge Buddies have a hell of a time trying to find the good parts in this one, but they have a blast on the journey!

In 1984 your host Erik turned 13 and officially became a teenager. Gone were the days of playing with G.I Joe's and Transformers... right? Right? Uhh..well, anyway he was still hitting the video store weekly, bringing home a stack of horror films to watch - some of which made it onto this episode! Autobots roll out!

Jason is back, and this is the one you've been screaming for.

The rise of slasher films in the 1980s has been well documented but months before Freddy Kreuger started haunting the dreams of the Elm Street children, Jason Voorhees was going on his fourth rampage through a group of teenage kids dumb enough to stay near Camp Crystal Lake. 

Following the release of “Friday the 13th Part III, which was rumored to be the final film in the series, Paramount decided to do one more movie to finally kill off Jason once and for all. The studio hired Joseph Zito, who was coming off his own slasher film called “The Prowler,” and he was asked to write and direct a fourth “Friday the 13th” movie. 

There was only one problem — Joseph Zito wasn’t a writer. 

But after the studio doubled his pay to serve as both writer and director, he accepted the job and then hired a ghost writer named Barney Cohen to actually write the script. Once completed, the film featured a major change from previous installments to the franchise because this time around there would be no “final girl” but rather multiple survivors of Jason’s deadly rampage. 

The film introduced Tommy Jarvis for the first time — a character who would later be considered Jason’s greatest foe — and Tom Savini returned to handle the effects after previously working on the first “Friday the 13th” film. 

The story is continuous from the conclusion of Part III to the beginning of Part IV as Jason once again wakes up and starts his killing spree all over again, except this time he runs into more formidable foes including the brother of one of his previous victims. On April 13, 1984, “Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter” opened in theaters and it was intended to be the last of the series…
