We both love our businesses but we also both quit our jobs to take a risk to run these businesses full-time. Whether it's a mistake on your part or a misunderstanding by the customer, it's on you as a business owner to find the solution or drop the battle altogether. In this week's episode we share stories of how we have dealt with some unique customer feedback and encounters 

Putting yourself out there on social media to promote your craft and business can be tough and our guest this week is the perfect example of why it's worth it to get over that fear. Christine from Bake Oven Woodworks went from trying to fit into the cookie cutter mold to being her authentic self and her TikTok grew exponentially from there. In this episode listeners can get her perspective on why and how she made that shift in her content and how she got into woodworking altogether. 

In this episode we focus in on each of our respective CNC routers and how they have changed our business for the better. Joining Kristina and Shelby this week is Kristina's husband, and business partner, Nick who breaks down the ins and outs of their XCarve CNC. While Shelby gives insight into the Shapeoko CNC brand - hopefully allowing listeners to choose which machine, if either, is the best choice for them.
