Just listen to the episode.... :-) What's been keeping me up? Being annoyingly responsible. Yet also having a rebelliousness side. Wanting to be crazier than I actually am. My attempt at learning Russian.

My guest today is someone I consider to be Australia’s version of Rhonda Patrick – and for those who know Rhonda, that’s a big compliment. Dr Denise Furness is a geneticist, and fitness professional, who has overcome an autoimmune disease and lost her Mum to early onset Dementia. Through these challenging experiences and her research into genetics and nutrition and lifestyle medicine, Denise has made it her mission to help as many people as possible get back to thriving!
This podcast explores the role of genetics and epigenetics in human health and disease and was so extensive that we had to split it into 2 parts - and you don’t want to miss a single minute, because Denise is one super-smart lady.
For those who'd like to avail of Denise's services - and I highly recommend that you do - check her out at drdenisefurness.com.au. Denise specialises in women's health, but I'm sure she'll work with you if you're a bloke and you ask nicely!!

Hollywood has done a great job stigmatizing the process of surrogacy as a threat of "the other woman" or challenging the womanhood of those who may have unknown obstacles, the mental/biological/ethical challenges that the parties involved may face from their community, doctors, or even the laws in their state/country. Tune in when we are joined with Matthew G. Retzloff, MD, to educate us of the factors one must consider in this complex journey of family planning. Dr. Retzloff is a board certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility specialist with over 20 years of experience. He is part of the fertility specialty team at the Fertility Center of San Antonio, TX, and an expert educator/speaker in the area of minimally invasive fertility sparing surgery and assisted reproductive technologies(ART). He is a member of numerous scientific societies including the American Society for Reproductive Medicine(ASRM), the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology(SART) and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Retzloff has been published in various peer-reviewed journals including the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Fertility and Sterility and The Journal of Reproductive Medicine and is a nationally acclaimed minimally invasive female surgeon.
