    Recognize What Is

    Recognize What Is

The “struggle” is real… but what’s real for you? This episode was inspired by something that happened in a few days. I have not recorded a podcast episode in the past couple weeks. It hasn’t been the greatest couple weeks. I was only trying to focus on the greatness and not recognizing on what is.

I talk about the choices that I made to pretend that everything is always good. I was going through a “struggle” and didn’t share it because I didn’t want to impune on anyone. I pretended that I was okay. But now that I  am acknowledging what I chose, my question is “what can I choose now?”

Check this out! I wonder if we can change the definition of “struggle”. The fun is in the journey for me! What if we rename the word struggle to journey and make it more “cool”.

How can we fall in love with the struggle and what if it’s not horrible and bad.

DM me on Instagram with a “👍🏼“ emoji and let me know if you’re willing to recognize what is and know that you always have a choice.

TOP 3 REASONS WHY PEOPLE QUIT A WORKOUT ROUTINE:

    1. What other word can we use instead of struggle?
    2. What can you choose moving forward from a “struggle”?
    3. The fun is in the journey!

Things To Help With Anxiety & What Helped Me

Things To Help With Anxiety & What Helped Me

In this podcast personal trainer Ross Philippe speaks about his anxiety and what things helped him. Some anxiety is a normal part of life. It’s a byproduct of living in an often-chaotic world.
Anxiety isn’t all bad, though. It makes you aware of danger, motivates you to stay organized and prepared, and helps you calculate risks. Still, when anxiety becomes a daily struggle, it’s time to act before it snowballs. Unchecked anxiety may greatly impact your quality of life.
