Je vous explique comment j'ai créé ce programme. Je me suis mis à la place de l'auditeur qui se dit "oh punaise encore un". 
Ayant suivi de nombreuses formations, les réflexions que je me dis bien souvent et que vous devez aussi vous faire sont les suivantes:

1) encore un formateur qui n'a que deux biens et veut nous apprendre la vie
2) les prix sont délirants
3) je n'ai pas le temps de visionner 15h de vidéos au moment où je suis à fond dans les recherches 
4) c'est bien beau les vidéos, mais je voudrais un échange avec le formateur. 

Pour chacune de ces problématiques j'ai donc mis en place une solution, parce que je suis vraiment un gars trop cool :) 

Pour le sujet de l'épisode en lui-même, je vous présente par type de biens que je possède du studio au T4 quels sont les avantages et inconvénients, quels biens je privilégie et quels biens j'évite.

Je vous parle également des raisons pour lesquelles je n'ai ni immeuble ni maison.
