Scott and Cardone welcome Giant Mike back from his hiatus last week, banter about the pitiful NFL preseason, look ahead to the New England practice and game schedule and then go off the rails on pet peeves and assorted other subjects. It is preseason afterall - you want in-depth football talk? Bah!

Giant Mike is a no-show in Episode 2 - much like the Giants starters in Preseason game #1. Cardone and Scott recap the Jets doldrums, look forward to Cleveland and discuss the rest of the preseason, pet peeves and assorted tidbits. In the interim, if anyone has a bead on Giant Mike, pass it along!!

Only took them 50 years but the NFL had their first all black officiating crew.  It's about time and we as a country have a LONG way to go.  
Tom Brady was under a lot of pressure last night and the Rams should have put them away.  TB12 had a shot to win it at the end.  He may be 43 but he already has 28 TD's this year.  Had 27 all of last season with the Pats.  TB is 7-4 and hosts KC this weekend.  I'd say this season has been a sucess.
Joe Burrow get well soon.  They are saying 9-12 months for his recovery.  I'm rooting for him.
CBB is having a Covid-19 problem too.  The men and women.  Tomorrow is opening day.  Going to be an interesting season.

Hey Donald it's not disappearing!  12 CFB games cancelled or postponed this week and it's only Wednesday.  Navy hasn't played since Halloween.  It's game @USF is cancelled this week and their next game is @Army on December 12th.
Pretty cool that an Israeli basketball player is going to be a lottery pick in tonight's virtual NBA draft.  I'm rooting for Deni Avdija. 
Love Big Ben saying going undefeated isn't important winning the Superbowl is what matters.  Amen.  The ring is the thing.  Individual awards are just that.  Football is a team sport.

Joe Burrow's nine inch hands are small for an NFL QB.  Really affected him during this past season.  Maybe he should really retire.
