As humans we have a tendency to overcomplicate things and as a result it keeps us from ever going after our goals. I have felt this and you probably have too.

When we look at what we want to accomplish there are 42 thousand barriers in our way preventing us from accomplishing them, so we never even start. We never take the first steps toward those goals because what's the point?

This is an episode I have been looking forward to ever since I sat down to with actor, model, entrepreneur Eric Guilmette to record it back in Feb. I came across Eric on Instagram and we connected soon after.  I'm so glad we did.
