Hailing from “The Hill”, St. Louis’s Italian neighborhood, Mike worked his way into the world of Italian fine dining before putting his own stamp on the Kansas City restaurant scene with “Garozzo’s Ristorante” in Columbus Park, where “Chicken Spiedini began!”
