    Ric Flair's Last Match?
In ten days, on July 31st, Ric Flair is scheduled to appear in his very last match. While this is intriguing, it does raise a lot of questions. He’s working out hard, but will he be ready? Will his body be able to withstand the bumps he wants to take? Will the match be able to justify the hype surrounding it? We discuss these questions, plus the undercard and other topics on this episode.

Writing to Direct Big Budget Blockbusters

Writing to Direct Big Budget Blockbusters

This week on On Story we’ll join veteran screenwriters Shane Black and Ric Roman Waugh as they discuss what it takes to write and direct a big-budget blockbuster.

Considered one of the pioneer screenwriters of the action genre, Shane Black made his mark with his 1987 screenplay, Lethal Weapon. Black went on to pen the screenplays for such films as Nice Guys, Iron Man 3, Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang, and the latest addition to the Alien vs. Predator franchise: Predator.

Ric Roman Waugh is a former stuntman, director, writer, and producer, known for his work in Felon, Snitch, and Shot Caller. He wrote and directed the third installment of the Has Fallen series, Angel Has Fallen in 2019, and is currently in production of Night Has Fallen, the fourth installment in the series.

Moderator Harrison Glaser spoke with Shane and Ric at the Austin Film Festival

    Ep. 71 The HiFi Murders

    Ep. 71 The HiFi Murders

In this episode of the Crack House Chronicles Donnie and Dale take a spin on the 1974 HiFi Murders in Ogden, Utah. The Hi-Fi murders were the brutal torture and killings of three people during a robbery at the Hi-fi Shop, a home audio store in Ogden, Utah, on the evening of April 22, 1974. Several men entered the Hi-fi Shop shortly before closing time and began taking hostages; two would survive but with severe life-changing injuries. Violence included kicking a pen into an ear and the brutal rape of a teenage girl who was later shot in the head. The hostages were also forced to drink a corrosive drain cleaner causing horrific burns to their mouths and throats. The crime became notorious for its violence and accusations of racial bias in the Utah judiciary system.

TERRORISTS - LIKE CORONAVIRUS - ARE OUT OF CONTROL

TERRORISTS - LIKE CORONAVIRUS - ARE OUT OF CONTROL
We can try to tame coronavirus by building our immunity,
but terrorists keep popping up all over - this week in
Afghanistan, Spain, Italy and California. The ink was
barely dry on a peace treaty in coronavirus-torn
Afghanistan when three terrorist attacks on the same
day shook hope of its success. Though the Taliban
denied responsibility, they haven’t condemned these
lethal attacks on a maternity hospital, funeral and
    market.

In Spain another terrorist was captured. Unlike Abdel
Bary who used the coronavirus lockdown to hide out
behind a mask, this terrorist, a Moroccan ISIS follower,
came to police attention by repeatedly breaking
lockdown rules to scout locations for a terror attack.

In Italy, a nurse on her way home from her job treating
coronavirus patients, was raped by an illegal migrant
from Senegal. And lastly, Tahawwur Rana, incarcerated
in a California federal prison for his role in supporting
the terror group that carried out the Mumbai attack,
is asking for compassionate release because he’s
    positive for Covid-19.
