Ep: 69 Release What You Can't Control By Nurturing What You Can

Ep: 69 Release What You Can't Control By Nurturing What You Can

Releasing the need to have control over situations, things and people requires nurturing of your mindset and perspective.  By enhancing and nurturing your mindset, your desire to control the unknown deminishes.

The things you think you control is actually controlling you. What you are chasing, you will always chase and what you run from with always chase you.  Mindfulness and acceptance that everthing is temporary, is where the foundation of relasing is rooted.

#124: Radical Responsibility - What the Heck is it?

#124: Radical Responsibility - What the Heck is it?

#124: Radical Responsibility – What the Heck is it?

In this Monday mindset episode, we are diving into Radical Responsibility and what the heck it actually means.  I am sharing daily messages on social media for the month of April and supporting my friend, Samantha Kris’ #365daysofclarity challenge.  Today I am breaking down what I will be covering this month and how I will be diving into this topic to help you to learn how to take Radical Responsibility in your life. Follow the # on Instagram and if you are ready to create change, follow along every day and let us know how you are implementing these changes in your life.

    In this episode, we discuss:

    1. In order to learn how to take Radical Responsibility in our lives, we must start by breaking down the stories, the shame stories and the limiting beliefs that we are holding onto. We must be able to break down and figure out what story we are buying into in order to write a new story.
    2. We are truly in a time and space where we are coming face to face with having very little control over what is happening to us with covid19. We never had control with our outside world, it is just a time where we are experiencing that we can only control ourselves and that includes how we handle and react to what we are given. Our response is under our control.
    3. Recognizing what we do have control of as ourselves, what are the things that need to change in your life as of today? What do you need to add or take away?
    4. In times of chaos, everything is changing constantly, so it is even more important that we focus on what is our responsibility to control.
    5. When we focus on taking radical responsibility for ourselves, we own what is ours to own, and ultimately, we become more powerful. This is how we step into our leadership potential and this is what the world is calling on us to do now.
