We discuss what human design is and the different types. Jess is a projector, I'm a manifesting generator. Jess talks about the other human design profile types too - generators, reflectors & manifestors. She also talks about our strategy & profile too. Jess & I both have the 2.4 human design profile. Human design is really about being your authentic self, living in alignment with who you were born and designed to be. We talk about being empowered in your human design, working with your natural gifts rather than against them so you can feel really empowered. We also talk about friendship, letting go of what no longer serves you, the fact it's not your job to make others happy,  patience, trusting, healing & forgiveness. We discuss codependency briefly and really being true to yourself. Authenticity.  We also talked resentment, how our insecurities & lack of boundaries impact relationships & friendship. We talked about pain & self-hate from holding on and taking responsibility for your stuff. Basically, it was an interview on empowerment work and self-love by being you. Setting yourself free.
