    Episode 130:   3 Key Elements to Showing Your Value and winning more on appointments

    In this episode Scott & Renee discuss the 3 elements of your value, and how to answer the question:  "Why should I hire YOU over another qualified agent?"   They also discuss creating your USP (Unique Selling Proposition).

    1. Your overall Brand - Your company and brand has value.  Do you know what it is and how it can benefit a client?
    2. Your local franchise or local office brand - Your local office likely has some great things that adds to your value.  Do you know what they are and how those things might get a client to select you over another agent.
    3. YOU - Do you know how YOU differ from the competition?  Are you active in the community?  Do you have a NICHE in the marketplace?  Are your personal stats better than your competitor's or the local MLS averages?

    By the end of this episode, if you take good notes and apply what you learn, you will find yourself winning more on appointments and earning more business.

    Episode 119:  In this episode Scott & Renee discuss the two main things you should focus on in order to have massive success and join the top 20% of agents and loan originators in the business.   Having SYSTEMS and then being CONSISTENT in those systems.

    There are 3 main SYSTEMS every agent and loan originator should have dialed in:

    1. Prospecting / Lead Generation - What is your system for finding a new client?  Do you have one?  If not, decide now what that looks like for you, and then time block and be consistent and you will start to see the leads come in.
    2. Lead Converting - Do you have specific things you go over in your initial meetings with Buyers and Sellers?  Do you have "leave behinds" and if so, what's in them and are they relevant?  What does the process look like once you get a lead?  Do you go over dialogues so that you are fully prepared and those dialogues are internalized so that you can respond accordingly to any question that might get asked?  This is what the Top 20% does.  They have their process for these appointments dialed in.  If a client isn't ready to buy or sell today, do you have a lead follow-up system so that you don't lose touch with them until they are ready?
    3. Transaction System - This would be after you convert them, what does the process look like?  Do you have checklists for buyers, and one for sellers?  Is it progressive so that it is in the order at which the transaction transpires?  The key here is to not miss any steps along the way and that every client gets the same experience.  If you don't have a system for the transaction, create one and start using it consistently.
