I specialize in transformative practices such as myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, lymph drainage, energy work, reflexology, and shamanism. These modalities play a crucial role in resolving trauma, autonomic dysregulation, and alleviating pain. My passion for holistic healing has led me on a journey of dedicated study and exploration. Over the course of nine years, I immersed myself in the profound teachings of Transactional Philosophy, which has significantly influenced my approach to wellness.
