More About John James and Kekino

I'm John James, and I'm delighted to introduce myself to you. As the owner of Ke Kino Institute of Healing, a massage clinic and massage school, I have devoted my life to helping others find the experience of balance and healing. Nestled in a tranquil country setting just 30 miles north of Plano, Texas, my family and I reside on a compound of 5 homes that fosters a sense of community living. Alongside my loving wife Michelle and our four wonderful children, we share our space with a variety of animals, including horses, dogs, chickens, and cats. For more than 30 years, I have been refining my skills as a bodyworker, continuously expanding my knowledge in various modalities. I specialize in transformative practices such as myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, lymph drainage, energy work, reflexology, and shamanism. These modalities play a crucial role in resolving trauma, autonomic dysregulation, and alleviating pain. My passion for holistic healing has led me on a journey of dedicated study and exploration. Over the course of nine years, I immersed myself in the profound teachings of Transactional Philosophy, which has significantly influenced my approach to wellness. Additionally, I have had the privilege of working closely with esteemed South American Shamans for seven years, deepening my understanding of the healing arts.
