    Meet Youth Entrepreneur Nahema Konate of The Little Bakery

    Nahema Konate is the owner and founder of The Little Bakery. She is 12 years old and is currently in 7th grade. Nahema came up with the idea of The Little Bakery during quarantine, near the end of 2020 and launched it in 2021. She has always had a joy for cooking and baking and wants to be able to spread that joy at the bite of one of her deserts. In addition to her business, she also created a baking club at her school. She credits her leadership and entrepreneurial skills, from being a Girl Scout. Nahema has been a scout for about 8 years, and the experience has really shaped the person she is today.
