Welcome to the little starter to Season 4 of our podcast!

Sometimes it is easy just to record a message. That is what Mike did in this short episode starting Season 4. He reflects on the journey of creating a podcast called The Imperfect Clinician, where they share their thoughts and feelings as clinicians who are not perfect. Mike talks about how recording the podcast has helped him to open up, learn, and grow as a person and a professional. He also wonders if you, the listener, have experienced similar things and invites them to join the conversation. Mike emphasises the value of imperfect thoughts and ideas, and how they can lead to self-discovery.
