Nach langer Pause geht es hier endlich weiter.

Ich habe in den letzten Monaten nicht nur eine Pause gemacht, sondern mich auch mit dem Konzept Air Crash Podcast befasst.

Das Ergebnis hört ihr in dieser Folge.

In der neuen News Sektion geht es um zwei Abstürze deutscher Flugzeuge in der Ostsee und in Costa Rica und um zwei Kollisionen.

Unser Thema der Folge ist der Flug MH 17, bei dem eine malaysische Boeing 777 abgeschossen wurde.

La ministra de Igualdad, Irene Montero, insiste en el Senado en la necesidad de formar a los jueces para una correcta aplicación de las leyes y evitar estereotipos y sesgos machistas que comprometan la imparcialidad. El PP buscará dar marcha atrás desde el Congreso y trabajan en una proposición de ley para recuperar las penas a agresores sexuales previas. El líder del PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, ha emplazado al presidente del Gobierno a asumir responsabilidades por la populista Ley de Libertad Sexual, que desprotege a las niñas, a las adolescentes y a las mujeres.

El ministro de la Presidencia, Félix Bolaños, ha criticado a Feijóo, por descalificar al Gobierno y ha señalado que los populares nunca han hecho, dice, nada por las mujeres en la democracia. Bolaños ha asegurado que no hay que precipitarse y que lo deseable es que cuanto antes, la Fiscalía General del Estado y el Supremo unifiquen criterios en cuanto a las sentencias. Mientras tanto, la Fiscalía General del Estado ha reclamado a todas las fiscalías superiores que remitan todas las resoluciones judiciales y los informes de los fiscales de aquellos casos en los que se hayan acordado rebajas en las penas impuestas a agresores sexuales tras la entrada en vigor de la ley. La ministra de Hacienda y vicesecretaria general del PSOE, María Jesús Montero, ha defendido el texto de la ley del solo sí es sí y ha abogado por dar tiempo a los tribunales para que se produzca una unificación de doctrina tras los casos de rebaja de condenas a agresores sexuales.

17 ноября суд в Нидерландах вынес приговор по делу о крушении рейса MH17. Летом 2014 года «боинг» летел из Амстердама в Куала-Лумпур и был сбит над Донбассом. Там тогда шли боевые действия между пророссийскими силами и армией Украины.

Судебное разбирательство в Нидерландах заняло два с половиной года и проходило в отсутствие подсудимых — трех граждан России и одного гражданина Украины. Фигуранты дела — Игорь Гиркин (Стрелков), Сергей Дубинский, Олег Пулатов и Леонид Харченко. Восемь лет назад все они состояли в военном руководстве самопровозглашенной ДНР. 

По версии обвинения, они были причастны к доставке российского «Бука», сбившего малайзийский лайнер. Гиркина, Дубинского и Харченко признали виновными и приговорили к пожизненному заключению. Также они должны будут выплатить компенсацию родственникам погибших в размере 16 миллионов евро. Олег Пулатов полностью оправдан.

Россия также отрицает свою причастность к крушению «боинга» и упорно называет дело «политическим заказом». При этом суд в Нидерландах рассмотрел аргументы, представленные Москвой.

More than eight years since flight MH17 was shot down, a court in the Netherlands will this week deliver a verdict in the trial of three Russian men and one Ukrainian accused of murdering the 298 people on board, including 38 Australians. 

The Malaysia Airlines plane was hit by a missile as it flew above eastern Ukraine in 2014, when Ukrainian troops and Russian-backed separatists were engaged in intense fighting. 

A number of Australian families will travel to Amsterdam to witness the court proceedings. 

Today, we speak to two of them.

2014 verschwand das Flugzeug MH17 der Malaysian Airlines mit fast 300 Menschen an Bord unter rätselhaften Umständen über ukrainischem Gebiet. Russland beschuldigte das ukrainische Militär. Später konnte jedoch nachgewiesen werden, dass wahrscheinlich eine russische Rakete den Absturz verursachte. Aufgedeckt hatte das ein Netzwerk von Bloggern, Journalistinnen und Nerds. Sie nannten sich «Bellingcat» – und arbeiteten für ihre Recherchen mit frei zugänglichen Bildern und Daten aus dem Internet.

Bernhard Odehnal vom Tamedia-Recherchedesk hat Grosew in Zürich zum Gespräch getroffen. Im Podcast «Apropos» erzählt er, welche Rolle Bellingcat im Informationskrieg spielt. Und wie Grosew mit der Bedrohung lebt, von Russland als Staatsfeind betrachtet zu werden.

Weer een nieuwe podcast Afhameren, waarin politiek commentator Wouter de Winther met presentator Pim Sedee het politieke nieuws bespreekt. 

De Winther keek aandachtig naar de de documentaire  ‘Het Porseleinen Huwelijk’ waarin de aanloop van het huwelijk tussen Willem-Alexander en Maxima onder de loep wordt genomen. Hij verbaast zich over de onthullingen en vooral hoe bepaalde informatie naar buiten is gekomen.

Dan de spaartaks, die staatssecretaris Van Rij van Fiscaliteit nu al hoofdbrekens bezorgd. Hoe moet het kabinet omgaan met uitspraak van de Hoge Raad, die de belasting op vermogen onterecht vindt, omdat het rendement lager kan uitvallen dan de overheid veronderstelt. De Winther over de worsteling met dit gevoelige thema, en de opmerkelijke uitspraak van Pieter Omtzigt hierover.

Tot slot komt uiteraard ook het conflict in Oekraïne aan bod. Welke rol gaat Nederland spelen en hoe groot is de rol van Mark Rutte op het internationale toneel?

Nu de nabestaanden van de MH17-ramp hun verhaal doen in de rechtbank wordt het eigenlijk pas echt duidelijk waar het proces om draait: de 298 mensen die op de meest gruwelijke wijze om het leven zijn gekomen. In een nieuwe aflevering van de podcast De Zaak Ontleed bespreken rechtbankverslaggever Saskia Belleman en presentator Wilson Boldewijn de meest emotionele momenten. Saskia is door de verhalen geraakt: „Het is net alsof je bij een crematie zit en dat tien dagen lang.” Ook wordt er uitgebreid ingegaan op het bewijs, de verdachten en de misinformatie van de Russen.
