Travis talk about his experience as a grad assistant at Southwest Minnesota State University, coaching in a college town, and helping his players deal with the adversity of losing the 2016 section final. Then Travis talks about the culture of Marshall High School, the Tiger youth basketball association, and the offensive and defensive expectations of his youth teams. Finally Travis goes into detail about their spread ball screen offense and their man-to-man defensive principles.
