Episode 205: Andy Harrington - Head Coach Owyhee High School

After leading the Middleton Vikings to their first State Basketball Championship since 1965, Coach Andy Harrington will now move up to the 5A ranks here in Idaho and coach the new Owyhee High School program.

Today we'll get to chat about his career, which has been very eventful for the young head coach. We'll learn about his playing days, and how much sports truly were part of his upbringing, including some discussion on the Notre Dame games each weekend with his family.

We'll also chat about his time as a player at Idaho State and what caused him to make the decision to begin his coaching career. You'll learn about his time at a prep school and get to learn more about what prep schools are all about, and then we'll chat about coaching through a pandemic!
