    "Ich fand den Gedanken an diese etwas spießigen Camper auf dem Campingplatz irgendwie immer komisch. So richtig hat es micht nie interessiert" sagt Jenny rückblickend. Kaum vorstellbar, dass sie heute mit Ehemann Tom wochenlang im gemeinsam ausgebauten Camper durch die Welt fährt und sogar aus dem rollenden Zuhause arbeitet. Denn heute ist sie ein Camper-Girl aus vollem Herzen.

    Als @tomjenny.followthesun teilen die beiden Ihre Eindrücke von ihren Reisen auf Instagram. Im Camper nach Schweden, Portugal oder Griechenland. Wunderschöne Bilder die Fernweh wecken und die Sehnsucht, auch einfach mal auszubrechen. Zu "Machen". Loszufahren ohne Ziel und neue Erfahrungen zu machen.
    Van-Life at its best. Easy life als Digitaler Nomade.

    Minimalismus, die Reduktion auf das Wesentliche, hat ihnen das Reisen im Camper gelehrt. Und wieviel Spaß es macht mit so wenigen Dingen auszukommen.
    Denn es braucht nicht viel um glücklich zu sein.

    Doch was sich nach aussen oft so romantisch anhört ist es nicht immer. Denn das Leben eines digitalen Normaden, wo beide auf den wenigen Quadratmetern aus dem Camper arbeiten und sich nicht aus dem Weg gehen können kann durchaus auch sehr fordernd sein. Vor allem als Paar. Also doch ein bisschen Instagram vs. Reality.

    Ich spreche mit Jenny über den Vanausbau. Darüber, wie viel Überwindung es sie gekostet hat ihre Chefs damals um ein Sabatical zu bitten und wie stolz sie darauf war, es einfach versucht zu haben. Darüber, wie es ist im Camper als Paar (zeitweise) zu leben und zu arbeiten. Und welche Tipps die beiden für Camperneulinge haben.
