राजस्थान के मंत्री महेश जोशी के बेटे रोहित जोशी की मुश्किलें अब बढ़ती दिखाई दे रही है. दिल्ली पुलिस रेप केस में राजस्थान के मंत्री के आरोपी बेटे को गिरफ्तार करने जयपुर पहुंच चुकी है. एसीपी के नेतृत्व में जो टीम जयपुर पहुंची है उसमें 15 सदस्य मौजूद हैं.

Rahul Bhat – a member of the Kashmiri Pandit community and an employee of the Chadoora area Tehsildar office was shot by 2 terrorists. He was immediately taken to the SMHS Hospital, Srinagar, for treatment but he succumbed to his injuries. Rahul Bhatt's killing is the latest in a series of henious attacks and killings of Kashmirir Pandits in valley. His killing has now sparked protests in the valley. Members of the Kashmirir pandit community took to streets yesterday and demanded justice for him. But the protesters were lathicharged and the police fired tear gas shells at protesters to prevent them from moving towards the Airport Road in Budgam. FYI, Jammu Kashmir is now under the Governor's rule brought by the Central govt. Arti Ghargi explains. 

"सरकार और दरबारी चैनल आपको मंदिर मस्जिद के विवाद में फंसा कर रख रही है और महंगाई आपकी में लूटमार कर रही है. ये खबर कई चैनल आपको नहीं दिखाएंगे और ना ही इसे टीवी चैनल के प्राइम टाइम पर जगह मिलेगी कुछ वक़्त पहले सरकार में अप्रैल के महीने के महंगाई दर के आकड़े जारी किये है और इन आकड़ों के मुताबिक, अप्रैल में महीने का महंगाई दर अपने रिकॉर्ड पर पहुँच गया है. सरकारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार मार्च माह में खुदरा मुद्रास्फीति 6.95 प्रतिशत थी जो अप्रैल में छलांग लगात हुए 7.79 प्रतिशत पर पहुंच गई है. जबकि खाद्य मुद्रास्फीति की दर 8.38% रही है. महंगाई का यह दौर इसके पहले मई 2014 में देखने को मिली थी. वित्त मंत्रालय ने अपनी मासिक आर्थिक समीक्षा रिपोर्ट में कहा था कि सरकार और आरबीआई द्वारा उठाए गए कदमों से ही मौजूदा वित्त वर्ष में महंगाई बनी रहने की अवधि कम हो सकती है। मंत्रालय ने कहा है कि वह महंगाई को कम करने के लिए कदम उठाएगा। अप्रैल के महीने में सबसे ज़्यादा महंगाई खाने पिने की चीजों में देखने मिली. अप्रैल के फूड बास्केट की महंगाई के आंकड़े भी इसकी पुष्टि करते हैं. अप्रैल में खाद्य महंगाई 8.38% पर रही है. जबकि मार्च 2022 में यह 7.68% थी और पिछले साल अप्रैल में 1.96% थी. खाने-पीने की महंगाई बढ़ाने में सबसे बड़ा हाथ खाद्य तेल की कीमतों में तेजी आना है. इसके अलावा डॉलर के मुकाबले रुपये की कीमत में गिरावट और ईंधन की कीमतों के उच्च स्तर पर बने रहने से भी महंगाई बढ़ी है.

"ताजमहल के तहखाने में बने 20 कमरों को खोलने की याचिका को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच ने खारिज कर दिया। सबसे पहले गुरुवार को 12 बजे सुनवाई शुरू हुई थी। ताजमहल विवाद को लेकर हाईकोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अपनाया है। सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने याचिकाकर्ता को जमकर फटकार लगाई है। जस्टिस डीके उपाध्याय ने कहा कि याचिकाकर्ता PIL व्यवस्था का दुरुपयोग न करें। पहले यूनिवर्सिटी जाएं, PhD करें, तब कोर्ट आएं। कोर्ट ने कहा कि अगर कोई रिसर्च करने से रोके, तब हमारे पास आना। उन्होंने कहा कि कल को आप आएंगे और कहेंगे कि आपको जजों के चैंबर में जाना है, तो क्या हम आपको चैंबर दिखाएंगे? इतिहास आपके मुताबिक नहीं पढ़ाया जाएगा।" 

"Taj mahal is undisputedly one of the prominent tourist attractions that India has to offer to the world. But it is also among the most controversial ones. However, this time Taj Mahal is in news again since a petitioner from Ayodhya had filed a writ plea before Allahabad HC seeking to open 22 rooms of Taj Mahal. The petitioner Dr Ranjeet Singh, a BJP leader from Ayodhya in his petition said that these rooms should be opened to acertained whether there are idols and inscriptions of hindu gods and goddesses inside it. The PIL that was filed amid the Gyanvapi mosque controversy in Varanasi, was listed for hearing today. However, the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court not only tore into the petitioner but also gave an earful to him. The court asked what rights of the petitioner are infringed upon due to closed rooms in Taj Mahal? The court further slammed him noting that the provision of PIL is being misused. The court also said today you are asking to open the 22 rooms in Taj Mahal, tomorrow you may want to enter Judges' chamber. The court said that the petitioner should first study about the monument, before approaching the court. Let us understand what happened in the hearing in detail. Arti Ghargi explains.

Rajasthan police Saturday reached Noida to arrest News18 anchor Aman Chopra for his shows on the temple demolition in Alwar district of Rajasthan. In a gruesome incident of Honour killing, B Nagaraju a young dalit man was beaten to death by the relative of his wife for marrying a muslim. B Nagaraju, 25, and his wife Ashrin Sultana, 23, were on a motorcycle when around 8.45 pm, they were waylaid near Mandal Revenue Office at Saroornagar in Hyderabad by two people, allegedly her relatives, who attacked them with an iron rod. As the couple fell to the ground, the attackers took out a knife and stabbed Nagaraju multiple times, leading to his death. His wife Ashrin, who was rushed to a hospital by passersby, is reportedly stable. CCTV footage released by police shows Ashrin fighting off the attackers. She told police that she recognised her elder brother who stabbed Nagaraju and that even though she shouted for help, no one came to their rescue. 

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in a sudden move on Wednesday raised the policy repo rate by 40 basis points (bps) to 4.4% and the Cash Reserve Ratio (CRR) by 50 basis points to 4.5%. Making an unscheduled announcement, RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das said the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of the RBI met in an off-cycle meet and decided to increase the policy rates to curb the rising inflation. Punjab Police have shared details about the arrest of BJP leader Tajinder Bagga on Monday morning. Bagga was arrested from his Delhi house. The Punjab Police has said he was served notices earlier, asking him to join the investigation. In a statement, the Punjab Police said Bagga was arrested on a ""complaint for causing instigation/incitement/criminal intimidation to cause violence, use of force, imminent hurt in a predesigned and orchestrated manner by making/publishing provocative, false and communal inflammatory statements through his interview given to the media and through his posts on Twitter.
