Wrapping up Season 5 and Welcoming Season 6: New AI Tools, Mind Mapping, and Resolutions

Jamie and Kurt reflect on the completion of the 5th season of their podcast and the launch of season 6. I hate to keep harping on resolutions and health resolutions in general, but I've been where you are. I'm made so many declarations at midnight on the 31st, only to give up  by now. 

I was going to:

·       Workout or Exercise More
·       Eat less and focus on better nutrition
·       Drink less alcohol
·       Drink more water
·       Get more sleep

To be so fired up in the beginning and doing all the needed preparation to keep those promises to yourself. But maybe you are like every other normal person and are struggling right about now.

What did you miss? Well I think you missed this very important item. Clarity. I know that when I've failed at similar things that I have forgotten to do this very important thing. The truth is, how do you know where you are going if you don't know where you are starting?
