Ep 58 - Mike Koleber (Nitro Swimming)

Matt and I had a great discussion with Mike Koleber with Nitro Swimming. In this episode Morgan shares how over the last two years they have been focused on their culture, how the organization runs with their massive growth, and she shares how she held a successful coaches retreat this year to kick off the season. The retreat information alone is GOLD. Listen up!

    Ep 55 - Brendan Hansen

    Ep 55 - Brendan Hansen

In this week's episode, I had a great conversation with Brendan Hansen the Director of Team Services. We discussed his team and their role with the clubs, LSC's, the quad plan, and the opportunities that are available to coaches to learn from each other. (Opportunities that really should be taken. Get on those calls, coaches!) I hope you enjoy.

    Mercy Ships

    Mercy Ships

Today is Giving Tuesday. Giving Tuesday was created back in 2012 to help "unite countries around the world by sharing our capacity to care for and empower one another."

Well, today we have special guest Warrie Blackburn with us from Mercy Ships. Mercy Ships is a non-profit organization seeking to transcend borders and change lives. Globally, 5 billion people lack access to safe surgery. Children, teens, and adults suffer and die every day from treatable causes, and one child in eight will die before age 5.  With the support of people like you, Mercy Ships deploys hospital ships to combat this overwhelming statistic. Since over 50% of the world's population lives near a coast, Mercy Ship ships are the best way to reach them with state-of-the-art medical care.

You'll not want to miss hearing how Mercy Ships uses hospital ships to transform lives and serve nations, one at a time.
