Spartan Founder Shares the #1 Key to Success in Business
Joe De Sena is one of my true heroes. I've been doing obstacle course races for years now and I love the Spartan brand.
Unlike in other industries, where a business is selling solutions to make life easier or more fun. Joe built his business around doing the opposite -- trying to get people to do HARD, uncomfortable things.
Starting out, most people thought he was crazy to try to do such a thing. But today over 100 million people around the world have participated in a Spartan Race.
It was a dream and an honor to have Joe on the Liberty Ventures podcast. I invite you to listen to this one all the way through for his very unique approach to life and business.
Plus you won't want to miss out on us doing burpees!

Training for Mud, Miles & Adventure
Some do it for the intense competition. Others do it for the mud, sweat, and beers. Regardless, adventure racing has become a wildly popular worldwide sport.
Today, we’re excited to have Mike Deibler on our show. Mike is the founder and co-owner of San Diego Premier Training. He has an extensive background in preparing athletes for adventure racing.
We discuss what defines adventure racing, who is participating, and how Mike helps these athletes reach their goals.
We cover nutrition, common movement problems found in adventure racers, and how they can gain more efficiency in their training.

My Basic Training Experience Part II
#034 This episodes continues my experiences and memories of Army Basic Training in the 1990's. While there were a lot of different things I could go on and on about, I only touch on a couple of things that I remember from that time. I hope you enjoy learning a little more about what I went through, and don't forget to leave a comment if you want to hear even more in the future!
