I’ve had a huge realization lately!
One of my big takeaways from teaching fitness since the pandemic started is that when we make fitness FUN, more of us will choose it! Most of us gravitate towards fun and inviting.
We can only sustain up-hill and push energy for so long.
One of my favorite questions lately has been, “How can this more fun?”
