Esther & Yoni Joszef "A Renaissance in Life Towards Fitness"

This week we were joined by Yoni and Esther Joszef, Our first couple on the podcast! These two fitness enthusiasts made Aliyah in 2014 and moved straight to Efrat with their young and growing family. In 2018 they opened “Spin Factory”, a place where many Efratians go to take care of their bodies and minds. Esther and Yoni are a true power couple. They are great parents, who are also busy day to day, running their studio, teaching classes, offering personal training, and beauty care. The Joszefs have truly cultivated a space for people to get centered and have a good time while taking care of themselves.
