Solopreneurs to Partners with Jack Hartzman & Monica Vidal

Solopreneurs to Partners with Jack Hartzman & Monica Vidal

In today's episode of KAMcast, I sit down with lifelong friends of mine who introduced me to the world of podcasting, Jack Hartzman and Monica Vidal.

Jack Hartzman is a professional photographer with more than 30 years behind his Canon cameras. Jack's decades of experience in the industry range from portraits and weddings to conferences and live events. He is a coach, mentor, motivational speaker, producer, director, podcaster, and really good guy. He plays guitar in a local 80's band and quite an accomplished home chef when not behind the camera or microphone.

Monica Vidal is a Photographer, Podcaster, Consultant and Business Coach. She is exceptionally talented in the art of listening to the human element of problem-solving. Monica has a deep history with ILEA, the International Live Events Association, and the Special Events community and has received multiple awards from both. Today, she is the backbone of the WTA Photography studio and the Visual WOW podcast, along with her partner & husband Jack.

    Join me as we discuss:

    •  Monica and Jack talk about what they do (3:07)
    • What it is like to work, live, married to your business partner, and including family (5:41)
    • Did someone call while recording? (9:15)
    • Work and life balance (10:26)

    • At what age did Jack become an entrepreneur (15:13)
    • Are you born an entrepreneur, or is it something that you learn (16:20)

I have to say that this is one of my favorite episodes with some of my most favorite people. Don't miss this episode as we chat about what it's like working with your spouse and how their entrepreneurial life started from a young age.
