How to Elevate in 2024 : Setting Intentions with the Wheel of Life

How to Elevate in 2024 : Setting Intentions with the Wheel of Life

I’m excited to launch season 5 of the podcast and dive into our first Level Up Episode for 2024!

I’ve decided to start a tradition here at Fashion Business Mindset and kick off each New Year with the Wheel of Life Exercise.

This is a POWERFUL Tool that focuses on:

REFLECTION – Where are you now?

RESET– Where do you want to be?

ACTION – Create a clear action plan to achieve your desired goals.

So many of us are stepping into 2024 looking at our life, both personal and professional through a completely different lens.

    Whether that is around:

    -   Values

    -   Lifestyle

    -   Business Direction

    -   Career Path

    -   Passion and Purpose

    -   Contribution

    -   Ambition and Aspirations

The Wheel of Life is well well-known powerful development tool because it gives you a vivid visual representation of the way your life is currently, compared with the way you'd ideally like it to be.

This is well well-known powerful development tool because it gives you a vivid visual representation of the way your life is currently, compared with the way you'd ideally like it to be.

I absolutely LOVE working through the wheel of life and make it a habit to check in on this every 3 months, to gauge my progress and dive into the entire exercise every 12 months.

If you are a VISUAL person, this is the ideal way to start your Goal Setting and truly identify where you need to shift your focus, time and energy to that will support your IDEAL outcomes.

I recommend listening to this episode with our Wheel of Life Template at hand.

You can download the template we created for you  here.

    Radium Girls // 196 // Part 5

The Radium Girls were female factory workers who contracted radiation poisoning beginning in 1917, while they were painting watches with self-luminous paint.  This occurred at three factories in the United States: Orange, New Jersey, Ottawa, Illinois, and Waterbury Connecticut.  The women were assured that the paint was harmless, but that wasn't true, and they ingested deadly amounts of radium.
