For some of us, we don’t take the time for self-care as we should. In this episode, Rachel talks about some possible reasons why we may not give ourselves time for self-care, how to overcome those reasons, and offers a four-step process on bringing self-care into your regular practice.
Along the way she shares some of the deep healing work that she has done in order to be ok with slowing down and taking time for herself.

Work your way through the four steps of self-care.
- Bring awareness to your current relationship with self-care
- Choose what form of self-care is going to fill you up the most and will work in your current reality
- Schedule it in, actually, block out that time on your calendar
- Act on it, follow-through
