    In this episode of the Run Breiter Podcast, Run Breiter brings on Sisterrunners(Emily & Katie). Run Breiter discovered these two great people, through the great TikTok Running Community and there content. They both reside and run in Georgia, nearby Atlanta. 

    They discuss what got them both into running to than training and racing together. In just three years, they both completed several races, including recently there first marathon! During this journey, they decided to create a TikTok to help and inspire new runners, based on the fulfillment they get from running and helping people!

Working a full time job, and creating content on IG, Tik Tok, Youtube, Faceook, and a Podcast is challenging, but doing it with something your passionate about is very rewarding. 

    Run Breiter goes through all the skills learned, the advantages of taking on content creation, as well as sacrifices. He also discusses some of the statistics that are notable across the different platforms to share an understanding of a reasonable outcome to expect in your first year as a creator. Run Breiter also shares some tips from what he learned during this experience!

    In this episode, Run Breiter brings on Stefan Schuster. Stefan was born and raised in NJ, went Ohio State for undergraduate school, graduated and moved to Denver after college.  After a few years working in outside sales, he realized his true dreams of living a life dedicated to his love of running/helping people. 

    Stefan's goal right now is to build as many skills as he can with running,  which he first started off working in a running shoe store. Stefan now is getting his graduate degree in Nutrition, and plans to grow Journey Running into a successful coaching/nutrition consultation business to help runners reach there fitness goals! While doing so, he also is running ultra marathon races regularly, with distances up to 240 miles!

    In this episode, Run Breiter brings on Briana Harris(@briana.c.harris) who is a Rev'd Cycling Trainer on the side, while balancing working full time as TJX as a Manager, and a thriving social life in South Boston. 

    Briana, shares her story of what got her into cycling, and what has kept her consistent in this journey, which has inspired her to become a trainer. She also gives tips/motivation for people who may be new, or who have never tried a spin class in the past.
