🧘 Finding Balance Through the Seasons with Ayurveda & Andrea Claaussen

🧘 Finding Balance Through the Seasons with Ayurveda & Andrea Claaussen

Today, we chat about Ayurveda with Andrea Claassen in this episode where she simplifies the concepts of Ayurveda so that we might use them to balance and flow with the seasons of our days, months, and years.

Andrea is an Ayurvedic practitioner, author, and yoga teacher. She’s been working in the wellness industry since 2007 and hosts The Peaceful Power Podcast. Her mission is to help you start to live a cyclical life by living in alignment with your natural flow. Andrea has such a grounded and real energy with so much wisdom to share, and I’ve been trying to find a way that her wisdom could fit into the Go Bucket Yourself podcast. Finally, with our season topic of simplicity, I think we have the perfect opportunity to bring in the lessons she has to share with Ayurveda.

Listen in to hear how this ancient wisdom can help improve your days!
