Last week's guest, Peter Pru, dropped an absolute knowledge bomb on all of us with his 10+ years of experience in eCommerce!
In this week's recap episode, I am going to piggy back off his main point that to win in eCommerce, you have to be able to spend more to acquire a customer then your competitors.
I'll do so by going over my 8 scalability tests that you'll want your product to pass at least half of for it to work at a high level.
I'll also go into the ways that you can test your product ideas to massively reduce the risk involved with purchasing inventory or building out an entire online sales process just to see it flop.
