    BDSM

    BDSM

BDSM is a term used to describe aspects of sex that involve dominance, submission, and control. The practice typically involves one partner taking on a more dominant role during sex, while the other is more submissive.

On this week's episode, Kinky Wellness Coach - Dana Shergill - discusses what is BDSM and the basics we need to understand.

THERAPIES TO RECHARGE, RESTORE, AND REJUVINATE! ( Living Lucky )

THERAPIES TO RECHARGE, RESTORE, AND REJUVINATE! ( Living Lucky )

Jana ate bad Celery and was BAD SICK. I need a break from emptying puke buckets.  Today we are talking about taking Jana taking a day off to recharge. She didn't want to come back on LIVE and have Jason in a great mood and her feeling like a turd and obligated to fake happiness which she doesn't want to do.
It takes us a good 5 minutes to get into it.

Aaron Rogers schedules dark and seclusion therapy. Jana and I love sensory deprivation tanks, but personal upkeep makes them cost prohibitive currently.  Jana recalls a Deprivation tank moment from Tulsa when we encountered the massive Hair Spider.  Please, No Shedding In The Tank.

If you haven't tried Sensory Deprivation, give it a shot, it may be just what you've needed.  Hook yourself up with some sauna time also.

Thanks for listening.   We go LIVE on Facebook every Weekday morning at 6:55 New York time to start our friends off with some smiles, fun, and a positive message before they go to work and we start working with clients or companies.  Now that many of them are back to commuting, Podcast is an easier medium and not a big ask.  We are happy to oblige.

324 - The Mouse Utopia Experiments

324 - The Mouse Utopia Experiments

Strange and thought provoking episode today! In the 1940s, 50s, and early 60s, animal behavior researcher John B Calhoun ran a number of experiments on rodents regarding how their behavior would be affected by increased urbanization if all their basic needs were made. The results were terrifying. Crowded rats and mice became increasingly violent and lost their reproductive instincts to the point that eventually, the utopia went extinct after enduring a final phase full of random violent attacks, apathy, cannibalism and more. Could the increased urbanization of humanity also lead to our species' extinction as Calhoun warned?  Or are we humans too different from rodents to presume that what happens to mice and rat would also happen to humans? I found today's episode one of the most thought provoking we've done in quite  some time. Hope you do too!

265 - The Dolphin Point Experiment: LSD, Aliens, NASA, and Dolphin Sex

265 - The Dolphin Point Experiment: LSD, Aliens, NASA, and Dolphin Sex

Oh boy. This is an especially weird one. Sometimes truth really is stranger than fiction. In the summer of 1965, John C. Lilly, a medic and neuroscientist, and his assistant Margaret Howe, a young lady who just happened to live nearby, would set up a partially-flooded house on St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands, where Margaret would spend nearly twenty-four hours a day with a young bottlenose dolphin named Peter. Where she would have sex with this dolphin. Why? To help it learn English. Why? So that the dolphin could teach Dr. Lilly how to communicate telepathically so he could converse with aliens already controlling his life subconsciously. I told you it was weird. I laughed so much researching today's topic. Hope you find this exceptionally strange bit of history highly entertaining as well.
