THERAPIES TO RECHARGE, RESTORE, AND REJUVINATE! ( Living Lucky )

THERAPIES TO RECHARGE, RESTORE, AND REJUVINATE! ( Living Lucky )

Jana ate bad Celery and was BAD SICK. I need a break from emptying puke buckets.  Today we are talking about taking Jana taking a day off to recharge. She didn't want to come back on LIVE and have Jason in a great mood and her feeling like a turd and obligated to fake happiness which she doesn't want to do.
It takes us a good 5 minutes to get into it.

Aaron Rogers schedules dark and seclusion therapy. Jana and I love sensory deprivation tanks, but personal upkeep makes them cost prohibitive currently.  Jana recalls a Deprivation tank moment from Tulsa when we encountered the massive Hair Spider.  Please, No Shedding In The Tank.

If you haven't tried Sensory Deprivation, give it a shot, it may be just what you've needed.  Hook yourself up with some sauna time also.

Thanks for listening.   We go LIVE on Facebook every Weekday morning at 6:55 New York time to start our friends off with some smiles, fun, and a positive message before they go to work and we start working with clients or companies.  Now that many of them are back to commuting, Podcast is an easier medium and not a big ask.  We are happy to oblige.

Episode 76 with Mike Zaremba - Float House Co-Founder, Entrepreneur, Family Man

Episode 76 with Mike Zaremba - Float House Co-Founder, Entrepreneur, Family Man

Mike Zaremba, co-founder of Float House Vancouver (Canada's premier sensory deprivation tank facility), drops into the Jewcy tank with us! We discuss all things health and self care through floatation therapy and the many benefits it provides. Additionally we chat about small businesses ownership, healing through psychedelics and exploration through herbal medicines. Mike also goes back into his childhood and upbringing alongside his brother, who happens to be his Float House co-founder! Growing up with parents who were small business owners themselves, influenced Mike and his brother Andy to have the chutzpah (look it up) to build their Floating empire.

We learn about how Float House was able to survive Covid, thanks to the generous support of their Float community who helped to fund their survival. In addition to this, new services were brought in... hot-cold contrast therapy and infrared sauna treatments.

As always, mental health is highlighted in our discussion. xo

    Ep 29 Float Therapy

    Ep 29 Float Therapy

Meet talented and innovative mom of three, Tonya Little! She talks about becoming the owner of Float OKC immediately before the pandemic hit and how she's kept the business afloat (pun intended), even when she had to close it and furlough employees for two months.

She also talks about navigating single parenthood after her divorce and the unconventional ways she made money to pay the bills and feed her kiddos.

Tonya loves writing, red dirt music, interviewing local musicians for her podcast, Harry Potter, and simply figuring things out as she goes.

You'll love her attitude of gratitude and her scrappy ability to turn lemons into lemonade!

#069: Dustin Erickson | Float Space
Dustin is the founder of Float Space. A 2-year old commercial float centre located in Kelowna, BC. He is one of the best at describing floating and getting into some really interesting and "deep" float talk. Andy and I literally had questions for him... He's an incredible person and very intelligent, open-minded and heart connected. We thoroughly enjoyed picking his brain and taking a dive into the deep end a little bit with this philosophical style conversation. Enjoy, we sure did!!If you're ever in Kelowna definitely go for a float with Dustin at Float Space!Float Space - http://www.floatspace.ca/FS FB - https://www.facebook.com/floatkelownaFS Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/floatkelowna/FS Twitter - https://twitter.com/floatkelownaVR Website - http://www.vancouverreal.tv/ VR Twitter - https://twitter.com/vancouverrealtv VR Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/vancouverrealtv/ Omega Point - https://www.youtube.com/user/TheOmegaPointProject/Float House - http://www.floathouse.ca/

**Since the recording of this podcast The Springs has closed.**Hello again! I was recently in Los Angeles buying a cryo-sauna for our new space coming this fall in downtown Manhattan. Here's what we discussed: - Joyce's video blog on healing IBS with colonics and juicing (joycerockwood.com/blog)- Cecil the lion and selective compassion- Dr. Hiromi Shinya and sludgy intestines- Eating spiders- Freezing your privates in cryo-saunas- A whole bunch of other stuff I forgot.
