What Do I PRAY For When... - Audio

What Do I PRAY For When... - Audio
How often do you pray? Do you find yourself praying when times are "not so good"? How about when you need for God to handle something for you? As we read through God's Word (aka the Bible) we learn that God specifically speaks about having a relationship with Him. As you know, all relationships are developed and made stronger through constant communication. A relationship with God is no exception. In today's teaching, Pastor Ben teaches us that prayer is the main form of communication between us and God. This is something that we should be doing everyday. Within this teaching, Pastor Ben also explains how praying isn't just about asking God to "do something for us", it can also be to, just merely, give thanks to God for every blessing that He blesses us with on a daily basis. Our challenge to you: Can you count and list every blessing that God has given you? How many blessings have you been blessed with today? Joyful in Trials | James 1:2-4

Joyful in Trials | James 1:2-4
James addressed a church undergoing persecution and told them to welcome trials with joy. He explains that we can be joyful in suffering because we know that God is refining our faith resulting in a steadfast spirit. The result is our perfection and lacking in nothing. It is what we long to attain. Therefore, we should have joy in the process knowing the end results.
