Andrew and Edwin consider how freeing it is to be honest, sincere, loyal, truthful. Jesus had no fear who the council would call as witnesses. No one would be able to convict Him of sin. Sure, some may lie about Him, but no one would be able to reveal some secret fault, sin, lie. Wow! Let's live like that.

We live in a world now where we don't show any kind of love nor compassion to the people we are around all the time and it sucks honestly, I feel we need to tell people what we think about them whether it be good or bad it needs to be honest. Communication is key for every large team down to one on one relationships. Anytime we speak to someone we have to remember we are all human with similar struggles and situations, and the way we talk has to be genuine it can't be all business. This is all food for thought this week here at TGSP.

James 4:11-12

James asks, "Who are you to judge your neighbor?" What if we didn't just treat that question rhetorically? What if we actually dug into this issue about judgment, neighbors, and the royal law? What if we found out there is actually a time when we are supposed to exercise judgments in relation to our neighbors? Andrew and Edwin look back at Jesus's statements of the greatest commands and Leviticus 19 where the second greatest command was originally stated in order to answer James's question.

We discuss ways the Bible tells us that we can do to help control our anger.  Sometimes we may be angry for a good reason, and we look to Jesus to learn this truth.  We also note the role that forgiveness plays in maintaining a calm disposition.  We look at a couple of passages in Ephesians where Paul tells the brethren there how to maintain peace in a local congregation including true forgiveness in that formula.
