Partant du principe que l'écologie n'est pas le monopole de quelques-uns, et si "embrasser la crise" était nécessaire pour en faire ensemble quelque chose d'utile à tous ?... L'explorateur, président de la Fondation Solar Impulse, donne son point de vue lors d'un entretien exceptionnel qu'il accorde à Bruno Millienne.

Famed explorer Bertrand Piccard reminds us that if everyone tells you that something is possible, that means your dreams are not big enough! Bertrand made history by flying around the world, first non-stop in a balloon, and more recently in a solar-powered airplane without burning a single drop of fuel.

Bertrand Piccard est président de la fondation Solar Impulse, auteur avec André Borschberg  du tour du monde en avion solaire en 2016. 

Aujourd'hui, l'explorateur s'insurge contre cette idéologie qui prône la décroissance économique comme seule solution aux enjeux environnementaux. "Non" dit-il à "l'avion Bashing" et rappelle que le transport aérien n'a pas attendu la crise sanitaire pour entamer sa transition écologique.
