039: Energize Your Spirit With Mike Tucci

039: Energize Your Spirit With Mike Tucci

Welcome to our Christmas Week Episode!

Our guest today is Michael Tucci, the CEO & Founder of Energy Fitness.  Mike founded Energy over 10 years ago with a vision and passion to help others.  He wanted to help show people that fitness can be a go to for those that need to help boost their mental and spiritual energy.

Energy Fitness – Together We Transform

In this episode, while rocking a santa hat, we talk all about how being intentional in your morning habits can help set the tempo for the rest of the day.

Few realize how important daily habits and routines can help you prioritize and accomplish more.  For example, Mike takes 30 minutes every morning to help get his mind right by praying or reading.  This practice of gratitude helps him stress less and love more which ultimately helps him feel happier.

Religious or not, having some source of spirituality can help you overcome the toughest of stressors.  Things such as shoveling your neighbors driveway, helping someone cross the street, or just saying hi to a stranger can not only have a positive impact on their lives but, also yours,  This "selfish" act of giving to others, brightens your mood and can help brighten others.

"The Tide Rises For All Ships."- Rob Taormina

In short, it is important especially during #christmas to #helpothers and have a sense of #spiritualitiy whether is be #religous or not.  Your #health is determined by more than just your #physicalfitness
