We'll cover effective stress management techniques, overcoming imposter syndrome, and finding work-life balance to overcome burnout. "Oh, the joys of stress!” Isn't it just fantastic how our bodies decide to freak out when we're faced with high importance tasks? I mean, it's like our bodies are saying, "Hey, guess what? You're stressed!" Thanks, Captain Obvious! So, let's talk about these delightful physical symptoms that our bodies like to throw at us. We've got headaches, because apparently, the stress fairy decided it would be funny to squeeze our brains like a sponge. And let's not forget about muscle tension! It's like our bodies are playing a game of tug-of-war with our muscles, just to keep things interesting. And if that's not enough, we also get to enjoy the sweet sensation of fatigue. It's like our energy is saying, "See ya later, alligator!" But wait, there's more! Our emotions like to join the stress party too. When we're under excessive stress, irritation becomes our best friend. Everything and everyone annoys us, even the sound of a pen clicking can send us into a rage. It's like our brains have decided to take a vacation to Cancun without telling us! But fear not, my stressed-out friends! Recognizing these wacky warning signs is the first step towards defeating stress. It's like playing a game of Whack-a-Mole – once you see those signs popping up, you can take action and start managing your stress levels like a boss. So, let's be proactive, shall we? Let's take those stress symptoms and show them who's boss. Let's prioritize self-care and create a beautiful work-life balance that leaves stress eating our dust. Because life is too short to let stress dictate our every move. And remember, next time your body decides to go on strike with its stress symptoms, just give it a pat on the… https://www.davidether.me

Discovering the Root of Your Stress with Ellen Leonard

Ellen coaches others on learning more about what stresses them out and how to ease, manage, or eliminate that stress. In this episode, Ellen shares with us her understanding of her own stress and her three steps to deal with that stress. Instead of throwing general stress relievers at you, we dive deeper into the root of stress and how to heal it depending on the individual self. Here are Ellen's three steps to discovering the root of your stress:

    1. Be specific as to what is stressing you out in particular
