وحاصل على ماجستير آخر في الاستشارات والتوجيه وإدارة  التغيير Consulting, Coaching for Change  من كلية انسياد INSEAD من فرنسا، حيث درس على يد Professor Manfred kets de tries و  Roger lehman.

صالح حاصل على شهادة هارفارد في إدارة الموارد البشرية الاستراتيجية Strategic Human Resource Management

يعتبر صالح من أوائل العرب المحترفين في عالم التوجيه Coaching   فهو Certified master Coach  منذ عام 2006 مع The Behavioral Coaching Institute  تحت تدريب د. سوزانا سكفنجتون  Suzanne Skiffington Ph. D

وعضو في أهم أحدى منظمات التوجيه ICC  international coaching council

موجه فريق معتمد من المعهد العالمي لتدريب الفرق (GTCI) فرع من WBECS حيث درس على يد بيتر هوكنز Peter Hawkins وديفيد كلتربك David Clutterbuckوهو بذلك ممارس معتمد لتوجيه فرق العمل 

مؤهل ممارس باستخدام وسيلتي التقييم EQ-I 2.0, EQ-360 للذكاء العاطفي من MHS (Multi Health Systems). وهو مرخص في   Myers-Briggs Types Indicator (MBTI)

أخيرا أستاذ صالح خريج برنامج توجيه فرق العمل النيوكارزمية NTCP من أكاديمية المواهب العالمية Global Talent Academy وهو أحد متطلبات ICF-ACTC.

قيادي تنفيذ عالمي وموجه فرق عمل ومستشار تنظيمي

تحمل السيدة جيهان لبيب ماجستير في الحوكمة والموارد البشرية من جامعة محمد الخامس في الرباط بالمغرب ، وماجستير في إدارة الأعمال من Groupe ISCAE مجموهة اسكاوو، وتعد للدكتوراة في الإدارة التعليمية والذكاء الاصطناعي، حاليا مع جامعة محمد الخامس بالرباط وهي أول موجه عربي في شمال أفريقيا من الجنسين الذكور والإناث يحصل على أعلى اعتماد للاتحاد الدولي للتوجيه MCC. وأول موجه عربي اطلاقا يتصدر دور قيادي في مجلس الأمناء العالمي للاتحاد الدولي للتوجيه ICF. المجلس الذي يقود المنظمة واتجاهها الاستراتيجي عالميا ويصنع السياسات والقرارات التي تسمح لنا كموجهين منتمين بالدعم المطلوب لنشر هذا العلم والحفاظ على كيان هذه المهنة وضوابطها الأخلاقية في كل العالم. 

 جيهان عضو مؤسس لهيئة الترجمة ليوان والتي عنيت بوضع بصمتها في ترجمة العديد من المصطلحات الإنجليزية في عالم التوجيه للعربية. جيهان هي مؤسسة كوتشنج لاب اكاديمي منذ 12 سنة. وتدير عملها بين أبو ظبي في الامارات العربية المتحدة  وبين المملكة المغربية، وفي دورها الحالي تقدم التوجيه التنفيذي وتوجيه فرق العمل في العالم أجمع وباللغات العربية والانجليزية والفرنسية، باعتبارها أيضا موجه فرق عمل معتمد من الاتحاد الدولي للتوجيه، حاصلة على اعتماد  ACTC أو Accredited Certified Team Coach  هذا الاعتماد الذي سنتحدث  عنه اليوم في معرض الحوار معها.

 في رحلتها الحافلة مع فن وعلم التوجيه ترأست فرع الاتحاد الدولي للتوجيه ICF في المغرب  بين عام 2013-2016 وعلى يدها تحدد اتجاه الفرع الاستراتيجي وتنظيم مؤتمر الاتحاد الدولي الرابع في المنطقة مع مشاركة ما يقرب من 500 عضو وتنظيم ما يقرب من 24 ورشة عمل على مستوى المدراس والجامعات لرفع مستوى التوجيه فيها وغرس مفاهيمه.

 قبل ذلك رحلتها، حيث أسهمت في استراتيجيات القيادة والتسويق من خلال استراتيجيات عديدة منها تقييم 360 درجة للقادة لتلك الشركات العالمية بخبراتها في التسويق في مجال الاتصالات، والإعلام، وقطاع الصيدلة وصناعات الادوية.  لجيهان مقالات عديدة في القيادة وتوجيه فريق العمل مثل ترميم الفريق في الازمات،  الكوتشنج وبناء الفريق،  وغير ذلك من الروابط التي شاركناها في السطور السابقة . يمنكك ترجمة  المقالات من الفرنسية حيث تكتب جيهان بها كثيرا للانجليزية او العربية باستخدام مترجم الانترنت او من خلال مراسلتها على الخاص في j.labib@coachinglabacademy.com  أو في لنكدن.

درست منى فن وعلم توجيه فرق العمل مع David Clutterbuck ومعي شخصيا في برنامج موجهي فرق العمل النيوكارزمية، من خريجي الدفعة الأولى ومنها تعلمت الكثير، وهي على وشك الحصول على الاعتماد ACTC  من ICF  ولكنها تحمل تجارب توجيه فرق عمل مهمة حيث تعتبر هذه المرحلة نقطة تحول مهني في تخصص التوجيه لمنى. 

رحلة منى متميزة وقد كتبت قصتها في كتاب مميز أثر شخصيا في رحلتي الخاصة وصدر في عام 2011   باللغة الإنجليزية واسمه  In the shadow of her voice .

Toby Rao: How To Get A Team From Mini-Waterfall Sprints To True Scrum

In this episode, Toby talks about a team whose burndown chart resembled a cliff, indicating possible problems in the way they managed their sprints. The team was essentially following a mini-waterfall approach, with stories remaining open until the last two days of the sprint. Toby realized the need for change and emphasized the importance of observing what's happening beyond the team's actions. He acknowledged that change couldn't happen overnight and worked with the team to break down stories for better progress transparency. But that wasn’t an easy process! Toby shares how he got the team from “you are criticizing us” to having the team take ownership of their process and make the necessary changes.
