FIND YOUR WAY BACK TO WHOLENESS

On this episode of The Game Changing Podcast, we welcome Celinne Da Costa, Self-Actualization Coach and the Founder & CEO of Celinne Da Costa Worldwide. Celinne talks about how she took up the challenge of living with "strangers" every single month and what she learned from the experience.

She also talks about how she came to know herself better from everyday interactions with people. Celinne shares the significance of finding our voice or even how it will naturally come back to us as we start to understand our connection with others.

    GAME-CHANGING NUGGETS

Celinne: Always come back to yourself

"It's really tempting to just keep forgetting about you and what your values are, your core values when you're stuck in the day-to-day. When I say come back to yourself always, it practically looks like - first thing in the morning, I don't look at my phone, it's me time."

Celinne: Every obstacle is just another aspect of you

"We need to get in the habit to stop blaming the traffic, another person, or circumstance, just anything external of you for why you're not getting what you want."

Episode 37 - Become a Force for Good One Tiny Home at a Time with Maria Simone

Episode 37 - Become a Force for Good One Tiny Home at a Time with Maria Simone

INVEST IN THE UPLIFTING OF YOUR COMMUNITY

On this episode of The Game Changing Podcast, we welcome Maria Simone, the Co-Founder of ZenMoose Capital and author of the upcoming book Love Yourself Rich. Maria shares how their Social Impact Fund, uniquely, frees up restricted stock and how their portfolio of companies includes tiny homes.

Maria shares the amazing positive impact their initiatives have on local communities, as well as providing a solution to the growing housing crisis in the US. She talks about her passion for helping the community, creating wealth for others, and being a force for good in business.

    GAME-CHANGING NUGGETS

Maria: A unique offering to free up restricted stock

"We actually work with restricted stock investors which is very unique and disruptive, and restricted stock is people who have taken their companies public and because these are major shareholders of public companies, and because they're considered insiders, their stock has a lot of restrictions on it. They can only sell a certain amount every year. And so with our fund, with our exchange, they can exchange their stock into our fund and we can monetize it for them in ways that they can't and give them very unique, very abundant benefits."

Maria: Alleviating the housing crisis with tiny homes

"In our Backyard Riches Program, you just have to make a call. We take care of installation, zoning, and all that. We get you financing. We deliver it, and then as soon as we put it in your backyard, you could immediately start renting it out. And so you're talking about average all-in mortgage payments of about 1100 a month, and the rents are easily 1800 to 2200 a month in California, maybe more. But you know, so that's immediate cash flow. And not only that, so you're creating immediate cash flow, a wealth vehicle in your life, and you're giving somebody a home to live in. That's the whole point."

Episode 36 - Advisors Bring Community and Perspective to Business with Mike Calhoun

Episode 36 - Advisors Bring Community and Perspective to Business with Mike Calhoun

LEARN THE WISDOM TO BE SUCCESSFUL

On this episode of The Game Changing Podcast, we welcome Mike Calhoun, the CEO of the Board of Advisors. The mastermind format brings together a group of individuals committed to improving their craft and sharing their expertise.

Mike shares how bringing synergy to community members is a strong catalyst for growth. Just being around people who have achieved the successes you want teaches you by osmosis, and vice versa.

This is amplified when you have dedicated advisors who watch you and bring valuable perspectives to the table. Mike also shares anecdotes about his first jobs and how problem-solving is the top skill to his success.

    GAME-CHANGING NUGGETS

Mike: A community of advisors makes verification straightforward

"There is the opportunity to have that speed of trust because you have an affinity with members, but you also have the ability to quickly verify. It's hard. I mean, in certain, let's call it regular relationships or regular environments, it's hard to know who is the trusted resource."

Mike: Learn the wisdom of those who carry even greater weights than you

"Sometimes we're like oh my gosh, I can't believe the weight that I'm carrying currently at the moment with taxes and payroll and this and that, and the list goes on. And then sitting across the table who's doing 10 times what you're doing, going through 10 times the crap, and they have wisdom. They have peace, and calm. They have experience."

Mike: Problem-solving through situations is the key to success

"Investing in yourself so that you can invest in others is how you become valuable. So what I figured out is early on, how do I become valuable to other people? Because as soon as I'm valuable, part of is your presentation of yourself, part of it is that communication, part of it is having the ability to say yes and figure things out and problem-solve because what that does is it gives you experience, and that's all really people want."

Episode 35 - Create a Kingdom Through Education and Mindset with Dr. Kevin Jackson

Episode 35 - Create a Kingdom Through Education and Mindset with Dr. Kevin Jackson

EDUCATE PEOPLE TO CHANGE THEIR DESTINIES

Annieca is back with another episode of The Game Changing Podcast, and today we welcome Dr. Kevin Jackson who shares his incredible story of fighting for his freedom and talks about how he went from drug kingpin to king in Ghana. His story begins with the 18 years that he spent incarcerated and how he used this time wisely for self-development.

Kevin encountered the book Multiple Streams of Income and taught himself about real estate. Upon his release, he worked hard to put his learnings into practice and begin a new fight for his financial freedom. Kevin reaped massive success.

However, at the height of his real estate career, Kevin figured in a car accident which led him to another game-changing fight for his life. Thankfully, Kevin survived and was reintroduced to a former associate who opened his eyes to the massive help he can be to the people in Ghana. By starting a school that hones entrepreneurship, he was then recognized in the country as a king.

    GAME-CHANGING NUGGETS

Kevin: A school of entrepreneurship in Ghana and being recognized as a king

"In that country, they acknowledge me for being the first one to come to their country with the actual development of a school that is focused on entrepreneurship, and because of the things that I have contributed and continuously to contribute to the country, they, in turn, honor me with kingship."

Kevin: A bad decision does not make a bad person

"It may have been a decision with doing a certain thing in business or may have been a decision that was something that was not quite legitimate or above board but you just had to try to take shortcuts at the time. You find yourself in a desperate dilemma. And so we don't always make the best decisions all the time, but we can allow those decisions to define who we are as a person and who we can rise up and be as a person."

Kevin: Change mindsets with education to build a kingdom

"I truly believe that when you first changed the mindset of a people, you could change the destiny of a people. And so that's why I selected educating. And from that education of building a school, we're building out and developing a community. And from building and developing the community, we're developing the city. From developing the city, it's developing the actual kingdom."

Episode 34 - PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL ASSETS: Let Business Credit Pay for Your Company's Growth with Ty Crandall

Episode 34 - PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL ASSETS: Let Business Credit Pay for Your Company's Growth with Ty Crandall

FREE YOURSELF FROM GUARANTEEING YOUR BUSINESS

Annieca is back with another episode of The Game Changing Podcast, and today we welcome TY Crandall, CEO at Credit Suite. By far, a great majority of small business owners are guaranteeing their businesses with their own money. But you don't have to keep risking your own assets because of business credit.

Business credit is a way for you to protect your personal assets while simultaneously growing the business and allowing it to pay for itself. Business credit goes along with the business in the event you need to sell, but it actually increases its value too.

Business credit is what allowed some behemoths like Walmart and Apple to grow, and this same strategy will work for small businesses too. The obstacles that prevent you from getting personal loans are not the same as business credit and Ty shares how you can get this set up for your business as well.

    GAME-CHANGING NUGGETS

Ty: Guaranteeing your business with your own money is risky

"That's why I say business credit's really a way for a business to fund itself because you're ultimately building a credit profile and score, and then with that profile and score, you're then able to get the business to stand on its own. It can start getting its own money and a lot of cases, get away from guarantees."

Ty: Business credit adds to your company's value if it's time to sell it

"The bigger the credit profile is, the credit profile goes with the business if it's ever sold so it actually increases the enterprise value of your company just by having it. But you got to continue to build it. So once we get these 5 accounts reporting, then the next thing we want to do is we want to start continuing to get business credit by accessing retail credit."

Episode 33 - FIND AND KNOW YOURSELF: Achieve Success by Looking Within with Kris Dehnert

Episode 33 - FIND AND KNOW YOURSELF: Achieve Success by Looking Within with Kris Dehnert

MVPs PLAY TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY EVERYDAY

Annieca is back with another episode of The Game Changing Podcast, and today we welcome Kris Dehnert, CEO, and Partner at Dugout Mugs. Kris digs into what it means to know yourself and how this translates to your own financial and personal success.

Knowing yourself also includes your own boundaries, the people you let in your life, and taking stock of what you already have to appreciate your wins. Kris emphasizes the need to have grit in overcoming internal and external pressures, and the role of other people in making a visionary's goals come to life.

    GAME-CHANGING NUGGETS

KRIS: Be centered on yourself and be your own bull's eye

"If you don't know who the hell you are, how are you going to attract the right people, the right things, the right opportunities? How are you going to make solid decisions when something comes across your plate? You can't because you're still confused about it."

KRIS: Exercise your superpower by staying in your power zone

"Why not be in my power zone more often versus being somewhere else and doing a half-assed job and getting lackluster results? Find somebody that loves being in the weeds. I'm like, go for it. But it also takes a lot of faith. You got to have a lot of faith in other people and their abilities."

KRIS: Be very selective of the people you let in your life

"When you got everybody else's shit on your back too, you're gonna break, and then you fail everybody that's counting on you. So you got to be really, really careful about who you let in your life, who you keep in your life and what purpose, we're back to purpose, what purpose does that person have in your life? My mom said something a long time ago, it's like people are with you for a season or reason or a lifetime."

I didn't even know if it was night time or day time, because the light was on 24 hours in the cell. I didn't know if it was raining, I didn't know if it was sunny, I didn't know if it was cloudy, I didn't know nothing. All I know is I was in a 7x7 blacked out cell, losing my mind."

Kyle: "Before I went to prison, my heart that is in my body was like a tilled garden. It had no weeds, was well-manicured, had rocks around them nice, with one rose inside. That's how my heart was before I went to prison. But now I'm in prison, I gotta do things that is not me. If I gotta go up to that one guy and punch him in his face to avoid three guys jumping me, I'm sorry bruh I'm gonna punch you in the face bruh. And every time I would do something like that, I'm planting weeds in my heart."

Kyle: "She was driving down the road and I stick my head out the window and I could feel the wind on my face. I tasted freedom and it was a beautiful taste. I got released on prison with prison shoes, prison shorts, and a prison shirt, that's it. Not one cent to my name, but I came home saved."

    QUOTES

Benjamin: "I've been biohacking my body since I was a kid. Because my original mindset was if I can do less and get more, that just makes sense to me. I'm always about efficiency and If I can figure out a way to just eke out a little bit, that to me is a win."

Benjamin: "The great thing about genetics is it's all about potential. But it doesn't necessarily mean that if you're predisposed to something then you're gonna get it. The next phase is epigenetics which is what they call l above genetics that actually takes into account your environment, your lifestyle, your mindset."

Benjamin: "We help with their diagnostic testing, from bloods to genetics, to metabolomics. And with that information, we create highly customized protocols for our patients to help them achieve whatever goals they may be trying to achieve for their new year's resolutions or whatever it may be. But really at the end of the day, it's all about just finding your cheat code because there are so many things that people do that they're literally just stabbing in the dark."

Benjamin: The normal patient provider interaction in the US which I think is actually high, is 16 minutes. In other countries it's actually lower, it's like four minutes. So there's no way that they have the ability to communicate and to educate why you're actually, first of all, you know, what disease you have or what symptomology you have, or why you're actually taking something. Basically, you just say, okay, take this, you know, the prescription and then you'd go to the pharmacy and then you pick it up. Most times you can't pronounce it, and you really don't understand why you're taking it."
