In this week's episode, Ira McCauley talks hunting - how he got into hunting and how he started building marsh style boats which turned into MOMarsh. Ira's talent for new product development to meet the needs and necessities of hunters helped him extend his new product line to include the invisi chair and invisiLab to get hunters on the X while remaining mobile in an aquatic environment. He gives an overview of Habitat Flats and their new dog breeding and training program as well as discussing waterfowl shot guns and his favorite Boss Shot Shell ammunition.
Thank you for tuning in and we hope you will LIKE our podcast and SHARE it to help us get the word out and grow the passion for hunting with others! God bless. - George Lynch

Day 28 Complacency: The dangers of comfort
In today's episode, I look at the difference between Complacency and Contentment. Now, what is the difference? Complacency is “a feeling of quiet pleasure or security, often while unaware of some potential danger, defect, or the like; it is self-satisfaction or smug satisfaction with an existing situation, condition, or circumstance. It is that wonderful feeling of being fulfilled and comfortable, assuming that things will stay the same, causing us to remain in that comfort zone, doing just enough to get by and keep our life as is. Contentment is having the attitude of working hard and being able to be happy with the outcome of your hard work, no matter what the results are. This is the opposite of complacency really, these two words or ideas are worlds apart from each other.

Shortcast #56 Dominic Dyer | March for Whales and Dolphins
Shortcasts are short standalone audio comments and statements from conservationists, campaigners, charities, authors and members of our audience. If it needs to be said – say it here!
A shortcast created from phone recordings captured by campaigner and activist Emily Lawrence at the protest in London today in support of whales and dolphins. The recordings include protest chants outside both the Danish and Japanese Embassies and a short statement from Off the Leash's Dominic Dyer.

Interview #07 Whale and Dolphin Conservation | The Grind
An interview with Nicola Hodgins, Policy Manager at WDC (Whale and Dolphin Conservation). about the Grind - the killing of Pilot Whales and dolphins in the Faroe Islands.
Our conversation was triggered of course by the unprecedented mass killing of more than 1400 Atlantic White-sided Dolphins by Faroese hunters on September 12th, and the disturbing and heartbreaking images that have gone around the world.
The Faroese themselves seemed shocked by the scale of the killing, and reaction here in the UK has been profound - disgust, outrage, and a determination to do something - anything - to stop these hunts in their tracks. Petitions have been launched, boycotts of Faeroe-caught fish suggested - yet just a few days later another Grind took place and another 53 Pilot Whales killed.
Nicola has been working on the Grind for many years and as she says in this interview, much as we might want a quick fix, there really isn't one simple answer, and that it will be a combination of approaches - including dialogue with the Faroese themselves - that will finally stop these hunts for good.

Stop The Grind - The Heart Of Success Without Struggle
We live in an era that tells us to “grind our way to success.” The idea of working hard in the name of success resonates with most people, for very good reasons. But is it really necessary to go through intense difficulties to win in life? Are we required to grind so hard that we lose ourselves in the name of reaching our goals?
Grinding tells us something is wrong and out of alignment. In nature, there is no such thing as a "season of grind".
Join me in this new episode if you want to know how to tell if you’re in grinding energy (and learn ways to get out of it). Get to your next level of success without the struggle!
