Allowing Emotion
On a scale from 1-10 how good are you allowing emotions? Most humans bend over backwards to not feel them. Some thing its touchy feely and it's stupid.
A large portion of us weren't taught about emotions, let alone how to manage them! Rarely did we see it modeled growing up. It makes sense that since we don't know much about them or what to do with them, that we would resist feeling them. Society has taught us its a sign of weakness to show emotion.
