On a scale from 1-10 how good are you allowing emotions? Most humans bend over backwards to not feel them. Some thing its touchy feely and it's stupid. 

A large portion of us weren't taught about emotions, let alone how to manage them! Rarely did we see it modeled growing up. It makes sense that since we don't know much about them or what to do with them, that we would resist feeling them. Society has taught us its a sign of weakness to show emotion.

In today's episode Marci will talk about the importance of allowing emotion. She gives the you the 4 stages of working through feeling an emotion. 1. Awareness, 2. Acknowledge, 3. Accept 4. Understanding and Grace

Learning the skill of allowing emotions may feel clunky at first. Either way you are uncomfortable, so why not choose the discomfort that moves you through it?

The first crucial part of going for the Gold is your training facility. Paul has strong words for us about our training facility - the church. Paul tells us in 1 Cor. 1:10, " I appeal to you, brothers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be united in the same mind and the same judgment. "  Throughout history, these words of Paul's have been misinterpreted, misunderstood, corrupted, and used for evil. So what does Paul mean by this statement. Should the visible church be united regardless of teachings and stances they take on biblical matters? Is there ever a time it is okay, or even a good thing, for the visible church to be divided? And what do we mean by the visible church and how does it differ from the invisible church?
